3. Attack Baby Services

Attack Baby provides support services between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time.

3.2. Updates and Functionalities

Attack Baby may provide updates to the Services, which may change the functionality or appearance.

3.3. Sandbox

Customer Content may be reviewed and reposted within the Sandbox feature.

3.4. Third-Party Websites

Attack Baby is not responsible for content on third-party websites linked from the Attack Baby Website.

3.5. Communications

Attack Baby reserves the right to send messages regarding changes to the Attack Baby Website, Technology Platform, Services, or these Terms of Use.

4. Attack Baby License

4.1. Attack Baby License

Attack Baby grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Attack Baby Website, Technology Platform, and Content.

4.2. License for Customer Content: Sandbox

You grant Attack Baby a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use Customer Content in the Sandbox and for providing Services.

4.3. License Restrictions

You shall not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse the Attack Baby Technology Platform or Content.

4.4. Specific Conditions

You agree to defend and indemnify Attack Baby from any third-party claims arising from your use of the Attack Baby Technology Platform.

4.5. Responsibility for User Submissions and Customer Content

You are solely responsible for the User Submissions and Customer Content you upload, and Attack Baby acts as a medium for online distribution.

4.6. Prohibition on Spam

The Services may not be used for sending unsolicited email messages (“Spam”).

4.7. Use and Access of the Attack Baby Website, Attack Baby Technology Platform, and/or Content: Additional Terms and Conditions

You may need to create an account to access some features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

5. Subscriptions

Subscription services are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable.

6. In-app Purchases

In-app purchases are handled by the Application Store and are governed by their terms and conditions.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights in the Attack Baby Technology Platform and Content are owned by or licensed to Attack Baby and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Cookies

Attack Baby may set and access cookies on your computer to customize your experience.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
